“Being human is not hard because you're doing it wrong, it's hard because you're doing it right.” - Glennon Doyle

ONLINE Therapy

Online therapy, or telehealth, breaks down the barriers to accessing mental health support, allowing you to prioritize your well-being with ease and flexibility. Whether you're navigating a challenging time, seeking coping strategies, or exploring personal growth, telehealth brings therapy to you.

Experience sessions from the comfort of home or any private space, eliminating the stress of commuting and time constraints. Your confidential conversations with a licensed therapist will take place on a secure platform, offering a safe and supportive environment to explore your thoughts and emotions.

Let's embark on this journey together, prioritizing your mental well-being with convenience and compassion.

Appointment Booking

New Clients

Your experience as a client begins with a free 15-minute consultation where we will determine your needs, goals, and expectations for the therapeutic process.

Next, we will set up a 1-hour intake appointment to get to know you and your needs on a deeper level.

*Please note that my practice is fully telehealth and I can only work with Connecticut residents at this time.
